That’s marketing as I can say…
Without such an appealing offer, the sell of iPhone 3G wouldn’t be that success. Apple is not lying, it’s just they didn’t tell the truth.

True Wendy… You know in india the price of iPhone 3G is more than 700 dollars ( without any contract ) this may be the true price .. 199 dollars is the hidden one
